CAD/CAE
CAD/CAE programs for solution of technology and optimisation of castings is used in DSB EURO s.r.o. In 2007 the licence of CAD program Solidworks was bought for a calculation of boosting and congealing and ProCAST program for postulate of abnormalities, which uses the method of final elements.
According to results of simulation we are able to detect hide abnormalities and concurrently optimise technology of production and construction of castings, which can be discussed with customer according to 3D issues.
Presently, DSB EURO s.r.o. uses parallel version of ProCAST, which allows the presentation of results in very short time. Program ProCAST was distended with thermodynamic database. This allows to test all materials for your castings by calculation.
